    Welcome to the Bridge to Well-Being Counseling Center.  We are here to help, and we want to support you as you navigate through challenges that life brings.  Most of our clinicians have over 15 years of experience in offering support to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, relationship challenges, and difficult family dynamics.  Your clinician will develop a tailored approach to meet your unique needs.  By utilizing a dynamic and holistic approach, our therapists offer counseling services in a supportive and compassionate environment that is based in best practices and evidence-based treatment.

    Whether you want to meet with your therapist in the office or virtually, we will work with you at your pace and on a timeline you are comfortable with.  

    Our highly trained therapists offer specialized treatments including EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing) for trauma, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Gestalt Interventions among others.  We offer individual, group, family, and couples therapy to ensure we have appropriate treatment options for your therapeutic needs.
