Kelly Foreman

Hello! Does your child present with behavior issues or are they anxious or sad? Do they struggle with school? Have they experienced trauma or adjustments in life and you are looking for support in providing them resources? Guess, what? I do. And I can help you too, as their family member.
I have been in the field of social work and mental health for over 20 years and have worked in school settings, partial hospitalization settings, and outpatient settings. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh as a clinical licensed social worker, board certified behavior analyst and have recently been certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also currently pursuing advanced training in PC Cares, a family therapy modality for children.
My ideal client is between the ages of 3-18 years old as well as their families. I work with children and adolescents diagnosed with disruptive behavior disorders, ADHD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, anxiety and mood disorders. I use evidence-based treatment modalities including play therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, behavior shaping and motivational interviewing. I work with each individual client and their families to develop treatment goals based on the child’s strengths and skill-building to cope with mental health needs.
I provide both in person and telehealth appointments and hopefully we can find a time that works for you!
