As a licensed professional counselor, I am here to help you navigate life challenges while supporting you in discovering new versions of yourself that empower you to grow, heal, and succeed during difficult moments.

I will help you learn to manage complexity when you may feel stuck or uncertain, while inspiring and encouraging you to take the steps needed to become the best and most confident version of yourself.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults across a variety of settings, including schools, colleges/universities, athletic programs, homes, places of work, and community environments. I specialize in life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, suicide awareness and prevention, emotional disturbances, behavioral and mental health diagnoses, acute mental health concerns, and everyday life stressors.

My therapeutic process is direct, eclectic, and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices and a variety of treatment interventions to best meet your individual needs. I incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, talk therapy and mindfulness-based techniques to promote growth, resilience, emotional wellness, and meaningful change.

I am accepting new clients via telehealth and in person at the Penn Avenue location.

    Embrace the struggle.
