    I specialize in Person-Centered, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused Therapy grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I assist clients with anxiety and depression while working on coping skills. I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs. I enjoy working with children, families, couples, college students, and adults.
